Contact Button for agents

Contact Button gives agents deterministic alternatives to clicking opaque JavaScript UI. Agents can:

• Read a public profile as HTML, Markdown, or structured JSON.
• Discover supported actions from the profile manifest or A2A Agent Card.
• Configure workspaces, pages, buttons, apps, forms, domains, and knowledge through REST or MCP.
• Search owner-published articles with version and source metadata.
• Request a newsletter subscription, booking, callback, or conversation for a human.

Material actions return a confirmation challenge. The agent should explain the requested action and ask the human to complete the code delivered to their email.

Choose a surface

Use REST when you need a reproducible workflow or CI integration. Use the shared MCP server from Codex or another MCP host. Use A2A when another agent discovers an individual public profile and needs a durable task or an authorization-required transition.
